Video: Wampler Super Plextortion
I started doing a series of multi-language videos for the guitar gear. I am not doing a lot of english ones, bc there are already plenty of them. My "targeted user group" are guitar maniac from European countries - Germany, Italy , France and Spain. Well, and Switzerland, of course, where all these languages are mixed in a form of the white cross on the red flag. Did you know that Switzerland is the only one country , who has a square flag (also Vatican has one)? All others are rectangular. That's why the Vatican guards are Swiss, the main criteria, which is required to protect the pope - is that your country's flag is square. Is that simple. Do you know any other employers, whose criteria will be as simple as that?

Italian are known maniacs for such music type as heavy metal. I am sure this kind of heavy distortion, which is this pedal (now extinct, which was confirmed to me by Wampler recently) would be popular there. Italians (just like russians) prefer Ibanez guitars with humbucker and floyd rose and start playing guitar with learning Dream Theater songs. Look at gorgeous amps like DV Mark or Brunetti and you'ill get what I mean.
I don't think it's bad. Moreover, I think they are more advanced than, for examples, brits, who have never really been into that 80s glamour high-gain stuff for tossled haired young lads with black t-shirts, and prefer old-school vintage relic rusty fiesta red strats or yellow buttercorch teles. But hey, you can't please the whole world, "jedem das seine". So please welcome, Wampler Super Plextortion.
